"Overall it was a great experience…cleanliness & staff & food was excellent. Sad there was a cover charge in the 2 other restaurants other than the buffet, pub & Neptune bar!!(closed in the evening we believe) We are from Canada so all other All Inclusive resorts we have visited include EVERY restaurant. "Room was clean and a great view of all the area and beach from our room. plenty of water and cold drinks in the fridge, there bed was queen size and comfortable, there was towels on robes for us to use on the beach, there was 2 hot water pools, and a jacuzzi indoor also, the massage people were good and my wife had a pedicure also, We was on the 8th floor and had to wait for the lifts once or twice, so when it’s busy there you need to bear that in mind. The food in the restaurant was very good, but towards the end it became a little repetitive. "
