All the facilities at outdoor cannot even touch. They said there are renovation right now, but doesn’t feel it’s renovationing, just left unattended. The shower place was real jungle with wrotten shower head. And the beds were full of black dusts. We have checked in but couldn’t find other place to take a shower and sleep. And they said they are going to refund some of our stay fee but they don’t even answer my mails and chats. We ended up opting for half board and this worked out well for us. There was always plenty of options on the buffet which were good, we did not find that the ala carte options were very tasty at all. The staff were all so kind and helpful. The private beach was lovely, though unfortunately you still get harassed by beach boys who are generally nice but annoying. The room was always clean, the staff smiling. The pool is beautiful and I love the extra inclusions as well as the little gifts! Godlisten and Rachel were especially wonderful. We would absolutely recommend.
