« Un accueil très sympathique et chaleureux en arrivant. Une maison typique et très bien aménagée avec de vieux meubles et plein de décoration. Le petit déjeuner (inclus) et le repas (26$) étaient succulents et copieux. Le wifi fonctionne très bien et il y a plein de place pour se garer. Une ambiance champêtre et reposante. Très agréable d'être au bord de la piscine. Bref ! Une excellente adresse en arrivant ou en repartant de République Dominicaine. Les (petits) points négatifs : des moustiques,...

"Nous avons passé un séjour de 3 jours ici. C'est un hôtel que nous recommandons car il est bien géré sur toute la ligne. Tout était à notre satisfaction: la chambre, l'entretien, les aménagement extérieurs, la plage, le personnel courtois, la nourriture, les divertissements, etc. Rien à redire. Nous étions dans la partie familiale de Serenade, laquelle semble bien accomoder les familles avec enfants, quoique nous n'avions pas d'enfants avec nous, ce n'était pas dérangeant. Il y a aussi Serenade All Suites qui accommode seulement les adultes. "

"Un vrai hôtel All Inclusive, pas de mauvaise surprise avec des choses non inclus donc super. L’hôtel est très beau, la nourriture est très correcte. La plage est très belle et plutôt propre. L’offre proposée au bar est très variée. Petit bémol sur le personnel qui n’est pas toujours très agréable (mais ce n’est pas une généralité, certains membres du staff sont très sympathiques!)."
