« The complex was new, modern and nice. Limited lounge chairs. Only 1 key for our condo. There were no instructions for anything posted in the condo though. Had to call management to turn on hot water heater. We had to ask and then pay for drinkable water. The sheets were not on the beds. We had to make our beds after arriving late evening. An odd banging noise was heard 24/7 coming from an AC duct. I would recommend this place for the price/value. IT was clean and comfortable »

« Beautiful, roomy condo in exclusive CapCana, with easy beach access, pool, restaurants, well equipped with everything needed for a wonderful vacation! Highly recommend this property, Nicole the administrator was always a message away to make sure we had no issues. Sadly weren’t able to use Claudia the cook, heard amazing things about her, will definitely be coming back in the future to this gorgeous place :) »

« The condo is beautifully decorated with murals and well laid out. The bed is the most comfortable I've ever slept in. My husband and I loved evenings on the balcony overlooking the Relaxing Pool.We stayed two weeks and had housekeeping in halfway through. Miguelina is a treasure. While we were out she even did our laundry, which we did not expect. Good restaurants within walking distance. »

« Fantastic condo! We had a great time. Everything was fantastic. Gretchen and Liz went above and beyond to make our vacation super wonderful! Do check for Sargassum reports.(Mother Nature can’t be controlled). Another bar was in place of TOC, but was still wonderful. Security was absolutely fantastic. I can’t rave enough about it! Do eat at Castaways… it’s across the street from condo. Food was amazing! »

« Our family stayed here for a week and absolutely loved everything about this unit. The appliances were top notch and the owner included tons of the important things to make you feel at home. Liz welcomed us and took time to discuss all of our questions. She was friendly and kind. We had a minor issue with the refrigerator the first day, but Liz called maintenance and it was a quick and easy fix. « This home is absolutely beautiful adorable and in the best location ever. You are a minute away from the beach unfortunately modern nature has Sargasso on the beach, but it doesn’t take away from the beauty of the location. The pools are incredibly clean. There’s an adorable little snack shop on the beach. About four minute walk. Lots of restaurants and lively music. The most delicious pizza around the corner. Had a four minute walk ice cream at a six minute walk pharmacy and groceries within...

« The property was as described on the listing. The view was amazing and the rooms were spacious. Everything you need is here or nearby. We had plenty of food and local shop options near us, so getting things was easy. The only downfall was a washing machine that didn't work properly, and the flooded streets. This made it impossible to walk along the streets. Overall it's an amazing property. »

« Two families stayed at this property. This is a very central location with all amenities close by. We had no complaints at all, and there was enough space for the allowed number of guests. The property has really nice views from all three balconies. Liz is a fantastic and very helpful host, providing necessary information and responding on time. »
