"O atendimento foi excelente, o pessoal muito receptivo, atencioso estão de parabéns, porém o quarto não tinha uma limpeza adequada, lustres da parede na cama totalmente sujos, muita poeira, casa de aranha e para completar um escorpião no banheiro, minha esposa ficou desesperada por conta do nosso filho. A área de laser é muito boa para as crianças só falta uma limpeza na escultura pois tem bastante lodo mas no geral a área e ótima e meu filho gostou bastante."

"Hotel muito bom, café da manhã básico mais muito bom também, o que ficou a desejar foi o banheiro, como pode nos dias de hoje banheiro com cortina ao invés de box, onde molha todo banheiro, sem falar so chuveiro, querem economizar em algumas coisas que não tem nada haver, chuverinho de higiene íntima sai mais água que chuveiro de banho. O restante o hotel e muito bom recomendo mais aos ADM por favor revejam os chuveiros de banho."

"During my recent business trip to a research conference in João Pessoa, Brazil, I stayed at the Ba'ra Hotel. The hotel is near the beach, and there are many activities nearby, such as shopping and dining. The rooms were very nice, the gym was good, and the breakfast buffet was tasty, offering a range of items, including vegetarian options. I had to stay for an extended time, and my experience was terrific, largely thanks to the friendly and fantastic staff, including Lorena, Bruno, Poloma, Daniela, Carmen, Denis, Eric, Rafael, and Samira! They were extremely helpful in securing transportation, recommending dining options, and sharing insights into Brazilian culture, which made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable. I look forward to returning to Brazil and will definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel itself is nice and the staff responsive. The morning breakfast crew did a good job with the food. You can plan on not taking a shower around 6:30 A.M. due to an apparent lack of water. On the weekend, you will need some ear protection until around midnight when the local bands stop playing. You might check around to see how the competition is rated in the area before you book here."
