"Beautiful and comfortable. Matt was very responsive and flexible. His place felt like home and he had almost everything you need to stay in a house. Kitchen was well equipped. The rooms had very cozy mattresses. April the house keeper does an amazing job to keep the apartment as sparkly."

"Lisa was one of the best host we’ve had by far! Open communication so there was no confusion she even called me to make sure our accommodations were good before our arrival. "This was a great place for me and my teenage daughter to stay for a quick off season weekend. We didn’t arrive until close to 9:00pm on Friday night. I had been driving for hours so I wasn’t able to look at the text messages as they were sent for me to fill out additional information. So when we arrived, we weren’t sure where to go. "Great location for a beach week! Clean property but definitely a tight squeeze for 14 adults. If you need information call the number rather then message on the app! "

"The hotel itself was very nice. A lot to do in and out the hotel. Room had a good view. I won’t nitpick only gonna mention the relevant dislikes. No room service/housekeeping. Check in process was strange and invasive. We found roaches in the bathroom and crawling on the wall by our bed. I have multiple pictures. Utensils and cooking ware came with a little bit of a smell as well."

"It was a nice clean room and spacious, 2 bathrooms was a plus. But the beds are not comfortable and bed frames are made of steel so you hear squeaking sound everytime you move. The sofa bed was hard as a rock, got back ache the next morning. It could have been nice if the separate room has its own TV. "
