"It was a fabulous week. Got there, part of the family went to Costco & Mega. Got grocery’s for the week. Got set up. Had dinner reservations 2 nights, we set those up before we got there and a day in Xel-Ha. If you set Xel-Ha before you go on you vacation you get a good discount. We have used Vacation candy for 3 or 4 years. They make it so easy. I’ll be booking our next vacation return to Cancun"

"Every amenity is available. You will notice that the resort is pristine every where you look. Staff is helpful in a perfect way not annoying. You feel tge staff genuinely wants to make your stay perfect. The studio room come with a kitchenette so if you choose you can cook. There is a queen size bed and sleeper sofa area. Well appointed bathroom. The one bedroom comes with a full kitchen with a dishwasher and eat in living room. King size bed and huge bathroom. Both rooms come with a washer...

"We really enjoyed our stay here, the rooms were spacious and well maintained, clean and very comfortable. The fully stocked free mini bar that was replenished daily was definitely a plus! The staff throughout the hotel were so friendly and helpful, you could see they all loved working here and it made the holiday all the more enjoyable. The facilities were great, the choice of restaurants and bars abundant and we had so much variety that we didn’t go to the same one twice in the week that we were there. We loved the beach but preferred to use the pool to swim as we were there when there was a lot of sea grass. There was lots to do in resort with a daily schedule of different activities and entertainment offerings to keep you occupied if you wanted more than just chill on a beach or around the pool. My only criticisms would be that they allowed people to place towels on the sunbeds even if they weren’t using them all day and didn’t stop people from holding onto the floats that were available for you to use in the pool (Lazy River) so I would recommend you take your own."
