"The pousada consisted of individual air conditioned bungalows nestled into an Atlantic rain forest island. A pool, long enough for lap swimming, faced an open dining area. The staff could not have been nicer and more courteous."

"Nicely maintained space. Though the property is beachfront, its a long walk from the area of stay to the beach. Its a bit of a commute to get here from the port. The hotel has buses running, but may not be the most convenient."

Located at historic downtown of small village, but back of property with breakfast area and pool is green and harmonious with nature. Not fancy nor luxurious. We recommend."
