"My husband and I went to see the wild flowers and were just looking for a place to crash at the end of the day. This lodge was such a nice surprise! Our room was beautiful, had a fridge and a coffee maker with tea and coffee provided, and a huge bathtub. The farm itself is also very nice with a lot of wild flowers, and orange trees that smell like heaven. The best part was the dinner. "We arrived late at the property after a 6 hour drive, the owner refused to open the door, told us she had no booking, despite us having booked and paid through expedia. We were turned away with no where to stay at night with no phone data to find another place to stay. A terrible experience. The place appears very much to just be the owners house rather than a proper guest house. "
