Did not want for such items! Mostly private setting with orchard behind house. Improvements: Bedroom windows did not lock, but were elevated well above ground level. Not sure if bed linens were laundered recently, but laundry on-site. No outside trash bin. Cell service not great in the immediate area,...

"We loved staying here for the convenient location near U Hawaii Hilo and all the Hilo sites. It’s a great walk around Banyan Dr and the park in the morning. And there is plenty of shade for pool time later in the day once beach time is done. It’s only 7 min drive to the main shopping and dining in Hilo. Great location, clean rooms, and helpful staff!"

"The front desk staff was rude and the room was very dirty. Be aware if you end up with a non renovated room, the furniture is dusty and the desk hasn’t been wiped down, the carpet is old and the couch smells like pee. The staff is hit and miss, mostly miss. The property itself is very nice but the ocean tower is very far. "
