We were in Wilmington for July 4 & could easily walk to a riverside park just the blocks away to watch the lovely fireworks over the Cape Fear River. It was an easy, 15-minute walk to the Riverwalk, with lots of local restaurants along the way. The house itself is as-pictured, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is thoughtfully outfitted, the neighborhood is quiet & safe, & the air conditioning works. »

The pool is in a great location for keeping sand out of it! The hot tub overlooks the dune for early morning sun rise soaks. We had a wonderful time and experience in this property. »

« Perfect for our family of five! Spacious apartment with two bedrooms connected by a short hallway and bathroom — worked great for us, but note one bedroom is accessed through the other. The kitchen and the rest of the home were incredibly well stocked, and the dining and living rooms were beautiful and comfortable.Unbeatable location in the historic district, just a few blocks from the Riverwalk. Street out front can be busy, but parking was easy with a spot behind plus plenty of street...
