"We had an excellent holiday at Villa Maracudja. The accommodation is very well equipped and furnished to a high standard. We made good use of the large swimming pool which was very well maintained. The house is very well situated just a couple of miles outside Menton, ideal for visiting this beautiful region. Hafid and Kristell were charming hosts and made us feel very welcome."

"This Villa was great, it had everything you could want for an extended stay in Nice. The Air Con was a live saver in the heatwave, solid Wi-Fi and a great Smart TV. The kids loved the pool and the layout was roomy and comfortable. Liars of places to sit and laze, private parking and only 10 minutes walk from the the Tram station. The bus stop was at the end of the road , so great connections all round. Franck was a great host as welll."

"Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Sainte Maxime und haben die Tage in diesem Idyll sehr genossen! Der Ausblick aufs Meer und die umliegenden Hügel ist traumhaft. Es war wahnsinnig ruhig und sehr erholsam. In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns, als fünfköpfige Familie, an nichts gefehlt. Es war alles picobello sauber. Wir können dieses Haus besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen!"

"Un séjour très agréable dans une maison de caractere très bien équipée, à la décoration soignée et raffinée. Les espaces extérieurs sont très appréciables et la piscine un vrai atout qui contribue au plaisir du séjour. Une fois les parking repérés en haut du village, les commerces principaux sont accessibles à pied. Les propriétaires sont de plus très accueillants et réactifs par messages et de bons conseils."

"Nous avons passé une semaine dans la maison à 3 adultes et un enfant. Tout y est agréable, le cadre , l’agencement de la maison, le nombre de SDB et toilettes. Le propriétaire est au petit soin pour que vous ne manquiez de rien. Vous y êtes idéalement situé."

"Die Ferienwohnung mit Terasse und Garten liegt schön in den Bergen.Nizza und Monaco sind gut zu erreichen. Im Haus iat alles vorhanden.Die Wirtin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten unseren Hund mit.Der Garten ist nicht zur alleinigen Nutzung.Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub."

"We had a very good experience here. It was our first vacation outside Belgium with our 2 kids (3,5y and 6,5y). The welcome was very good, the house was little (but we knew that) but clean. We had everything we needed. The pool is in the garden of the owners, but they respect your privacy. It didn’t bother us en they let us be. If we should needed something, we always had the possibility to ask. Our first vacation was a succes. Thank you!"

The community where the cozy village house is located is friendly and very accommodating! The finest restaurants are located at the top of the street with stunning views of the countryside. "The weather is the best. Sea not far (20 minutes or so to Antibes). Interesting places beyond the sea. The owner was very discrete whilst taking well care of the property. Relatively quiet location, also in terms of car traffic. Good food in the nearby town."

"Had a wonderful 2 week holiday in this beautifully situated house.It comes fully equipped,great garden and well fenced for the dogs who loved the secluded garden.Very good walks around the golf course and shops,vets all nearby.Golf club open to non residents for eating and drinking.The house is a beauty and everything works well.Smooth check in with housekeeper there when we arrived.Town nearby but prefered Frejus for eating out.Highly recommend this property.Many Thanks Mike"

"Plenty of room. Well taken care of. Big refrigerator. Automatic garage. 10 minites from covered and spacious parking in middle of town.Excellent grocery 15 minute drive. Comfy beds. Plenty of heat available. Cool town. Our second stay."

"We loved the location and the quiet. We were three so the suite style set up gave us much needed room-with a wonderfully spacious bathroom! The only thing we missed was no restaurant for early coffee or breakfast/just a coffee machine in the lobby.They did not have updated coffee machines in the room which made it feel a bit/ little outdated with old coffee pots being provided. Good coffee machines have become a standard and was definitely missed here. The room and beds were great--really...
