« This is a replica of a small late 1800s hotel. Our room was small and not all rooms have bathrooms attached (ours did). The experience of reliving that time was so much fun and yet you still have wifi. They offer a lovely breakfast and the place was very clean. Our lovely hostess Elizabeth answered all our questions and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Not really for people with mobility issues because of the stairs and the trek in from the parking lot with your luggage. Pack light. »

« Is exactly as advertised. It is in the country about a half a kilometre from the lake. There are horses, dogs & cats to enjoy. My room was spacious & comfortable. There’s also a common room & a common kitchen with your personal mini fridge. The hostess offered to prepare breakfast & dinner, presumably for a fee but I travel self-sufficient & was very comfortable preparing my own meals & dining in the common area & in the beautifully set up lawn area on the day the weather complied.
