Also the comfort and exceptional service of the staff made this place so far our favorite on our 19 days Morocco trip. "Arrival to the property in dark was least assuring as details from Expedia hadn’t reached the place.(?) "Aucune précision sur l'annonce qu'il s'agissait d'une auberge de Jeunesse, voir d'un hôtel. Telle que rédigée,l'annonce nous laissait penser qu'un appartement complet nous attendait à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû dormir à 5 dans deux dortoirs. Mais très vite, nous avons oublié notre déception, car l'endroit s'avère très chaleureux grâce à une équipe au top niveau, des jeunes gens dynamiques et aux petits soins pour nous. Et quel bonheur pour nous retraités de nous retrouver au milieu de jeunes...

"Personne présent dans l'établissement, nous sommes restés à la rue. Heureusement, nous avons été occupé une bonne partie de la nuit a essayer de récupérer l'argent de notre réservation auprès d'expedia.... J 6, toujours rien sur le compte... Si vous aimez dormir dans la voiture, a tester."

"Big changes since last time i was here in December 2024... New pool bar, tennis courts and car park. Staff as usual fantastic... Really nice bunch and good to see familiar faces. Unfortunately just here for the one night but nice to see the changes they've made and how good it looks. Personally I'd say one of the best hotels in Agadir without the silly price tags. "

"Honestly, this isn't our usual type of hotel. We usually pick adult only 5\* with a la carte restaurants but we were more than pleasantly surprised with Palais des Roses. Hotel is in a great location towards the end of the promenade overlooking the beach. Hotel itself is beautiful inside and out. It is new but is well cared for, very clean in all public areas. Our room was great - we opted for a swim up room which I would recommend if you want sun on your room all day. Room was large and clean. Bathroom was a good size with a walk in shower. Shower gel/shampoo replenished daily. Mini bar had water and soft drinks. Water was plentiful and replenished daily. Our soft drinks weren't replenished at all but it didn't bother us so we didn't chase it - plenty of free drinks at bars and restaurants. 2 great swimming pools and a kids slide pool. Also an indoor pool with shower area. We didn't bother with the private beach area which was just across a pedestrian promenade from the hotel. No need when the pool area had everything including pool bar and plenty of sunloungers. Beach was lovely to walk along. 4 main restaurants, all buffet but food was amazing, great variety and was slightly different every day. Our favourite was Tagine with traditional Moroccan food. Blue (fish restaurant) had to be booked but was still a buffet and great variety of fish. There were lots of couples of all ages and familes again all ages so well suited for anyone. Entertainment team were fantastic! "
