"The property and hotel staff were top-notch! Everyone was so helpful and kind. Great location on the main thoroughfare. Extremely well maintained. Only issue was that there was some construction going on in the hotel which made our first room very noisy, but the staff gladly moved us to a quieter room upon request. "

"Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Its location is not central, but it was perfect for our short trip to Madrid, with easy access to the airport. The room itself featured a comfortable bed and a spacious balcony. The reception staff was incredibly helpful, however, one staff member at breakfast seemed unfriendly and unenthusiastic. Despite this, the breakfast buffet itself offered a good variety."

All of the lodging facilities I stayed at during my Camino had exceptional continential breakfasts. -It would be a good customer service if the tv channels provided at least 1 English language selection. English is the international travel language and so I am sure your customers would be appreciative. Thank you. "

"Great VIP experience. Lovely staff. The only thing I would say is that I had an allergic reaction to the scents in the room. The water didn't get as hot as I would like and the A/C didn't get as cold as I would like either. Over all very nice though. If you have allergies to scents I would let them know before arrival. "
