A cozy and panoramic retreat with a view over the sea of the Riviera dei Fiori.  
Bright three-room apartment on the first floor, is air-conditioned and suitable for families or groups of up to 6 people. It features a double bedroom, a room with two single beds, and a sofa bed in the living room, perfect for a comfortable stay.  
The apartment offers a bright living room with sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette, including a gas stove, fridge with freezer, electric oven, toaster, and kettle. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hairdryer, independent heating, air conditioning, and a furnished balcony with table, chairs, and sun loungers. A private parking space is included.  
Just 3 km from the beaches of San Lorenzo al Mare, you can easily reach the coast and the panoramic Riviera dei Fiori bike path all the way to Sanremo. The area offers both public and private beaches, sports activities, and walks through charming villages. Day trips to Sanremo, Taggia, Triora, Bussana Vecchia, Monte Carlo, Nice, and Cannes are also within easy reach.
