#### Functional 1-BR in Awesome Location

I spent a couple weeks here in the midst of moving and the place was great for what I needed. A few main points:-The apartment is the rear unit of the house, and it is very quiet. The birds outside do start chirping around dawn, so be aware of that if you are a light sleeper. -Awesome location - very close to the Mercado (great Mexican market), close to shopping and a gym (Planet Fitness). I would also recommend checking out Sushi Town right down the street-The washer and dryer are in the garage and were super helpful to have during my stay.-Michael was very responsive and provided clear check in instructions and answered questions during my stay.Overall this place is excellent value for your money and it's in an awesome location close to cool spots in Costa Mesa and a close drive to the beaches.

This place, was not like described, air conditioned only in the living room ( the portable windows one) the windows were nasty, spiders nest around them, a lots idems was listed on side , was not there,they make the guest, take the weakly garbage out and in next day, the backyard was a jungle, the grass overgrown like the trees, and on top the everything, at 3:00 am ta strong lauded sound came from outside below the bedroom window, that was the sprinkler system running for over 30 minutes, sounds like a water main was broken! I don’t think I will stay on this property again!

The place looks rough from the street, side gate leads me to my section of home, did not know I was sharing garage and laundry with other renters. Other renters did not know it either, place clean, sheets don’t fit futon mattress, no spices or even salt, backyard is overgrown by a lot, AC was an odd window unit that could only cool things to 77 degrees and buzzed loudly the entire time we ran it. Owner informed and said he would not replace it. Garage and laundry were great. Location good. But listing was not accurate and AC, . . . Not being willing to address the horrid AC, very poor.
