"The villa is absolutely amazing has everything you could possibly ask for!! The location is a bit far out and taxis are difficult to get in Santa Pola we would recommend hiring a car. With a large group we managed with online grocery deliveries. Only suggestion we would have is a handbook for guidance with where to go for groceries/ restaurants/what to see in Santa Pola. "We stayed for 1 week in October 2023 and were impressed with this villas contemporary features. There are 3 outdoor seating areas to choose from and we found it spotless. It took half an hour to walk to the Arenal but it was on the flat so that was ok. Every detail is taken care of and there was some lovely solar lights and candle holders which added to the ambience. "Great communication leading up to our holiday with host. Richard is very accommodating. Location is fine for an older family group. Just not lively enough for the 16-25 age group. Beach a short bus trip away. Air conditioning in all rooms which was essential. We had a very pleasant fortnight."

"The photos of this villa do not do it justice. The facilities are amazing and the property is incredibly well maintained. What doesn’t come across in the photos is the nothing short of phenomenal service that Tania & Joe bring. They both bend over backwards to help with anything. "Nice holiday, house was fine and Simon was easy to contact and helpful sorting out a small problem. We were unlucky with the weather, very changeable but didn’t spoil our time. "Really good stay. If I had one complaint I would say hair-dryer. Having to hold your thumb hard on dryer on to keep it going was very difficult. This is not accessible for all especially with thumbs with arthritis. However my daughter in law also felt it tiresome. We’re not used to having to hold thumbs tight on anything. Coffee in room would be good too. "
