Unfortunately, the experience with the property manager was frustrating. After booking, I was sent a separate rental agreement with different rates and cancellation terms. One bedroom was locked on arrival, and I was charged an extra 100 to access it—since we only had four guests. The listing should clarify that the fourth bedroom requires an additional fee due to laundry. Worst of all, the property manager consistently deflects blame rather than just solving the problem.
