The Antico Duomo Villa, recently renovated in 2024, offers a charming holiday rental in Cortona, Italy. Situated just 500 meters from the town center, this property boasts a spacious 800 square meter fenced park for shared use. Guests can enjoy the provided garden furniture and barbecue facilities. While the access is a narrow 200-meter motor path, convenient parking is available on the premises. Additionally, the villa offers amenities such as a yard, internet WiFi, parking, an EV charging station, and an installment plan option.  
  
Outdoors  
The Antico Duomo Villa provides ample outdoor space for guests to relax and unwind. The property features a shared 800 square meter fenced park area, perfect for strolls or outdoor activities. Garden furniture is provided, allowing you to sit back and soak in the Italian ambiance. Moreover, a barbecue area is available for alfresco dining and entertaining.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that the owner recommends having a car during your stay, as the property is located a short distance from the town center. Additionally, the owner does not accept youth groups and resides on the same property. Nearby conveniences include a grocery store within 500 meters, a supermarket 4 kilometers away, and a restaurant and bar just 500 meters from the villa. The "Firenze-Roma" railway station is also conveniently located 4 kilometers away.

The Antico Duomo Villa offers a prime location for exploring the surrounding areas and attractions. The beautiful bathing lake "Trasimeno" is just 16 kilometers away, perfect for a refreshing day trip. Nearby towns and cities worth visiting include Castiglion Fiorentino (10 km), Castiglione Del Lago (22 km), Passignano Sul Trasimeno (22 km), Arezzo (26 km), Montepulciano (27 km), and the picturesque Pienza (40 km).

The kitchenette also includes a dining table. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, bidet, and toilet.

The apartment comes with gas heating and air conditioning. Please note that heating is available only from October 15th to April 15th. It offers a panoramic view of the valley and is equipped with WiFi internet access. One pet or dog is allowed in the apartment.
