M.di Leuca. Although the lower apartment has a breathtaking view of the sea because the property is on a steep slope. The Agave has a double bedroom, a large bathroom with shower and a living room with kitchen, double sofa bed, fireplace and large window overlooking the sea, air conditioning and TV with Sky decoder. The real living room is the private terrace facing the sea where you can live from morning to late evening in the cool sea breeze The terrace is equipped with stone bbq, sunbeds, rocking chair, hammock, outdoor shower, covered patio with table and chairs, sink and on request stove for outdoor cooking. On clear days you can see the mountains of Albania and the first Greek islands. It was called the grica because more than one visitor remembered the houses of the Greek islands. There is also a rather impervious rock garden that slopes down to the sea with terraces and walls. The stretch of coast below, very beautiful and still intact, is rocky with a low cliff. The sea is easily accessible through paths that lead to beautiful corners where it is easy to access the sea. La Grica is perfect for lovers of the sea and nature: trekking, boat trips, snorkeling, diving, canoeing, cycling, walking! Séjour de 14 nuits en octobre 2019 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Bernd L. 23 sept. 2019 Points forts : Propreté #### Traumhafte Lage Livia hat sich als eine sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin erwiesen, und ihr hübsches und sauberes Häuschen mit zwei Apartments liegt traumhaft an der Adria-Küste mit freiem Blick aufs Meer. Als Sehenswürdigkeiten befinden sich in fahrbarer Nähe Otranto, Gallipoli, Lecce sowie Leuca, die südlichste Stadt des Salento, von wo aus die empfehlenswerten Boots-Trips zu den Grotten an der adriatischen und ionischen Küste starten. Insgesamt hatten wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, und die Ausstattung entspricht im großen und ganzen auch der Beschreibung auf der Seite. Nachfolgend einige Punkte, die uns erwähnenswert scheinen: - die Deckenhöhe beträgt ca. 2,00 Meter, die Durchgangshöhe der Badezimmertür nur 1,80 (aua!). Die enge Dusche verfügt nicht über eine Handbrause, sonder nur über eine Kopfbrause auf ca. 1,85 Meter Höhe. Große Menschen ab 1,90 Körpergröße müssen sich auf Einschränkungen einstellen! - Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr einfach, insbesondere haben wir eine Kaffeemaschine (Pad- oder Kapsel) vermisst (zur Verfügung steht nur die klassische italienische Espressokanne). Auch ein Sieb zum Abgießen von Nudelwasser und eine Salatschleuder wären schön gewesen. Pluspunkt: es gibt ausgesprochen scharfe Messer! - Aus den Küchenschränken kam uns ein äußerst unangenehmer, modriger Geruch entgegen. Die Schränke müssten einmal gründlich ausgewischt und gelüftet werden. - Das Licht in der Wohnküche ist kaltweiß und sorgt für eine ungemütliche Stimmung. Da wir Glück mit dem Wetter hatten und uns praktisch immer auf der Terrasse aufhalten konnten, war das für uns unerheblich. Anders mag es hingegen sein, wenn man im späten Herbst oder Winter dort ist. - Der Internetzugang erfolgt über einen Mobilfunk-Router, der über WLAN beide Apartments versorgt. Die Verbindung auf der Terrasse funktionierte die meiste Zeit über weitgehend problemlos und schnell (12 Mbit download, 5 Mbit upload), allerdings hat man im Haus selbst keinen WLAN-Empfang! An einem Tag nach einem heftigen Regen hatten wir jedoch Aussetzer fast im Minutentakt. - Durch das zweite Apartment besteht leider nur eingeschränkt Privatsphäre. Das muss nicht unbedingt problematisch sein. Wer gerne nackt in der Sonne liegt, muss damit rechnen, vom Nachbar gesehen zu werden und ggf. als Ärgernis zu gelten. Auch die zur Verfügung stehenden Grillmöglichkeit kann aufgrund der z.T. erheblichen Geruchsbelästigung zu Spannungen zwischen den Bewohnern der beiden Apartments führen. ##### Bernd L. Livia gentilissima disponibile prodiga di informazioni di ogni tipo. La terrazza sul mare è meravigliosa, arredata e comodissima, arredo pranzo, dondolo, sdraio, poltroncine, barbecue, doccia all’aperto con vista!, all’interno la casa è piccina ma curata e fornita. Privacy ottima, tranquillità assoluta. Il mare sotto casa bellissimo. Anche la nostra cagnolina è stata accolta con gentilezza ed è stata benissimo. ##### rachele r.
