The house also offers cozy and functional interiors. With 2 bedrooms, it is ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 3 adults (or a family with two children).  
  
Thanks to its strategic location, the house allows you to easily explore the stunning coastal areas along the coastline connecting Leuca to Otranto, such as Marina di Novaglie, Località Ciolo, and Marina Serra, perfect for those seeking beaches with crystal-clear waters and breathtaking landscapes.
