Television wasn't working and only one light out of four in the bathroom was working. Texted the owner and he never responded. Bathroom sink was rusted out. Mattress in the bedroom was old, worn, and sagged in the middle. Ceiling fans and vents were covered grime. Door out to the balcony was broken. The sitting couch had a large stain on it. Smoke detector was missing. Two major issues with unit. Cleanliness is an issue as floors are filthy, deck hadn't been cleaned in a long time, moldy smell throughout. Ceiling in 2nd bathroom is falling down and the unit in the ceiling is probably the source of the moldy smell. Bed in the Master is one of the worst we have slept on. The window sills, ceiling fans, and bottom of the pantry needed to be cleaned. One of the pillow slips was soiled. I just put that pillow in the closet until we left. Felt like our home while we were there. The unit was very clean. Check-in & Check-out were very smooth and contactless. The Keurig in the unit was great! Well stocked kitchen with nice cookware and plenty of utensils. The 2 wooden chairs on the deck were awesome. We had a fantastic time. This photos depicted are not the same unit that is listed, but very similar. The deck of this unit is larger than many of the other units in this complex, which was very nice. ##### Laura K.
