I have really only 2 complaints. The mattresses were not great at all. The master mattress has a big dip on one side and a hump in the middle. I slept ok. However in the other room and bunk downstairs I was told they were HORRIBLE. My daughter in the other upstairs room put all her blankets on the bed to help and then got cold in the night. Said she got very littel sleep during the week and was glad to be home. My mother-in-law sleep on the one downstairs and said the couch was better than the bed. Horrible mattress. Having the windows and door shut does absolutely no good when it seeps through the walls. This is a big issue when you have someone who is allergic and it does not state or warn of this prior to booking, so your stuck once you get there and find out how bad it is. Had lot of towels, toilet rolls, hand soaps etc that lasted for our 4 days stay. Just enough space for family of four. Oven was bit dirty causing smoke when switched on. ##### Nisha A.
