Family of 5 and our pup were able to fit comfortably in the unit. While not directly on the beach, the beach was a very short walk away. Great location to the mainland. Beds were very comfortable. When we walked in we were impressed how clean it was and they even took the time to put easy listening music on the TV. It was a sweet touch. It was small but felt big because it wasn't cluttered with furniture. The sleeper sofa was like a typical sleeper sofa, not very comfortable. But the other beds were so incredibly comfortable. I have back issues and end up sleeping on couches most places we stay but I had zero issues on the bed. The code to get in made it easy to access, the gate on the porch was a nice touch with my baby crawling around. The only issue we had was the people at the pool but that is not the rentals fault. We were frequently bothered by the loud music when it was explicitly stated no music and it was so loud and the drinking in the pool just really got to us. But it was a very nice pool otherwise, very clean and close to the property. We would definitely stay again but would try and stay when maybe there were less people at the pool. ##### Beth M. Super clean, spacious and well equipped with anything we could have needed. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Close to the pool and just a short walk to the beach. My kids were excited about the on property playground, but it is closed for repairs. I wish we had known that when we booked. Pools are heated and are very well heated which was awesome. Brought my dog which was very nice. Walking distance to a beach. Not really any bars or restaurants in walking distance if you are looking for that. But there are some a short drive away. Was able to reliably get ride share into Corpus, too, as needed. Would stay here again. ##### Sam C. Beach is very dog friendly with miles to walk and play. Would definitely return. We didn't use the pool onsite but it looked good for a family. Condo located in quiet corner end unit away from the pool. ##### Holly G. There was only 1 wine glass, no wine opener, no hot pan holders. The trash bag didn’t fit in the bin. The water from the fridge pressure was very low and slow as was the bathroom faucet water. The front door was black from all the dirty hand prints and there were spiders in several rooms. We would not stay in this property again. Good points: the linens, quilts were nice and beds comfortable and the show curtain was clean. Bunk beds were appreciated! ##### Vanessa W. However, the dryer didn’t work and it did make it hard to wash/dry clothes. The maintenance people knew about the situation prior to trying to accommodate us. Nice adult and kids pool we enjoyed each day and the beach was only a short drive away. It is also close to dining and shopping. Quiet community of mostly rentals.
