You'll love the peaceful setting with easy access to Southside Corpus Christi, Downtown, and Padre Island! This home is located on the second floor, with the carport below, offering plenty of space to spread out, just like being at home. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas provide room to relax, entertain, and make memories. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, large lounge chair, and flat-screen TV for movie or game nights. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and everything needed for cooking on vacation. Each of the four spacious bedrooms has its own flat-screen TV. Head down to the carport area to enjoy a meal with a cool Texas breeze!

CLEANING
-CLEAN BED PROMISE: Padre Escapes launders our standardized linen, including every comforter, every sheet, every pillowcase, every towel - EVERY TIME!
-After each stay we replace all towels and linens from our 6100SF laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These starter amenities are provided for your convenience until you can go shopping and are not replenished during your stay: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your arrival.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to check in. Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older and have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID. The ID must match the guest’s name on the reservation.
