This was a perfect place to stay. It was well maintained especially with it being pet-friendly. We wanted to make a quick trip to the beach for my mom's 80th birthday. We chose Costa Bahia so we could bring her dog who was just told the dog had months to live. He had one great day at the beach! We had to leave a day early because he started getting worse. The check-out process was easy. Just response time on answering my questions when leaving were a little delayed.Sadly, our dog Tigh, passed away on our trip home. I would definitely recommend this rental for dog owners!

The condo was nice and well-maintained. A short drive to beach road 1A. The keypad on the front door went out one night but I was able to get someone from Avant on the phone who got me in the lockbox for a physical key.

Great location, unit was clean, I did not remember reading in the description that it was upstairs but that’s something I may have missed. Only negative was that when I was unloading some things from my vehicle a maintenance man was entering my unit I had to run over and tell him what he was doing because my wife was in the shower so maybe just better communication between management and their maintenance especially when it’s booked and you are there on a scheduled check in time.

Checkin was simple, property was easy to find, not far from Golf Cart rental, restaurants, shopping and the beach. Folks above us were a little noisy but they were young! Parking was plentiful for our truck and golf cart.
