Fishing from our private pier, lounging around our Texas size pool, barbecuing with the family. Play Tennis and Pickle ball on the new Courts. Enjoy the sunrises while drinking your coffee in the mornings, bring your camera. AND, you can see pelicans, sea turtles, dolphins and other sea birds in the Private Marina. Close to restaurants, fishing, beach, and night life. No smoking, no pets. Parking for 1 vehicle. Boat slips for rent at an additional cost of $45.00 + tax per night. It is first come, first serve. Please request at the time of booking. Bay Tree requires a parking pass for your vehicle and wrist bands worn at the community facilities. These are issued upon check-in. We could see dolphins playing in the water!! The community pool is large and a relaxing experience. The location of the condo is perfect for getting quickly to popular restaurants and to the beach. Best time ever. Met other visitors/owners and all were so friendly. My condo was nice and clean. Great view of ship channel. I had the things I needed. The towels really dried the water off me after showering. Loved them, lol. I really enjoyed the recliner and wall mount TV because it moved. The office was great after an unexpected issue with the code to get into the condo.
