Our neighborhood sits in the vibrant heart of Corpus Christi’s culturally diverse Central City neighborhood. This area boasts a range of attractions, including the Corpus Christi Museum of Science and History, the Harbor Bridge, and the USS Lexington Museum, all within walking distance. The neighborhood is filled with unique independent stores, cafes, restaurants, and bars, offering a lively atmosphere. It’s also home to a bustling nightlife scene, featuring live music venues, clubs, and bars.  
  
Residents enjoy easy access to public transportation and the city’s beaches, and the area is pedestrian-friendly, with numerous parks and green spaces perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll. However, the neighborhood does have its challenges, including higher traffic near downtown, occasional noise from businesses and busy streets, and some areas showing signs of wear. Please note there are two homes on our property and you are booking the front home only - our guesthouse in back will be occupied during your stay. The long driveway can accomodate up to 3 cars only and all other cars will need to be parked on the street. The long driveway is reserved for our front house and is not able to be used by the guesthouse guests. Please note that both homes will be occupied during your stay and this is a shared lot with our front home being separate but there is shared back patio space.  
  
\*\*Pest control is routinely carried out in all units we manage, due to our coastal location and high humidity there may be occasional sightings of water bugs, spiders, mosquitos, flies, cockroaches, June bugs, ants, and other pests. - Please let us know straight away if you spot any so we can arrange an appointment with our pest control team. - Although we make every effort to provide a pest-free environment, this is an inevitable part of life on the Texas Coast.

#### Needs one adjustment, but otherwise, an awesome stay

My husband is in a motorized wheelchair, so accessibility is key. Overall, everything was great except for the back door lip. We had to use his sliding board as an extra step into the house because the outside lip was more than an inch high. If that gets adjusted, the house is extremely wheelchair friendly. Being able to fix meals in a fully stocked kitchen was also a very big plus for us. We would highly recommend this house. The neighborhood is a little older, and comes across as a little sketchy, but once you see it in daylight, it is not so bad. We expect to be looking for another booking here again in the future.
