This is a great location to rent one or more units for family reunions, retreats and gathering with friends. Pull up in the open parking area at the Commons complex and follow a short path towards your unit. A small sitting area outside your front door offers a shady spot to read and relax. And it is just steps away from the large shared pool, hammock, picnic and grilling area. Each unit has its own outdoor shower for rinsing off. Walk straight into an open living area with whitewashed walls and a relaxed beachside vibe. A reclining chair, loveseat and couch, which doubles as a Queen sleeper sofa and 2 bean bag chairs sit before a flat-screen wall-mounted TV. Beside the living room, there's plenty of space to enjoy dinner at the wood dining table with seating for eight and additional seating for three at the bar. To the right of the room is the half bathroom with single granite vanity. Overlooking the dining area, a full kitchen features granite countertops, white appliances, including a dishwasher, electric stove-oven, coffee maker and microwave. Bright orange cupboards are stocked with utensils, cookware, mixing bowls, pots, and pans – everything needed to meet your culinary needs after a day at the beach. From here, hardwood stairs lead up to the bedrooms where the coastal theme is carried throughout. At the top of the stairs, a master bedroom (BR1) is furnished with a King size bed, wall-mounted TV, nightstands, dresser, a closet for your beach attire and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower and granite vanity. Perfect for kids, a second bedroom (BR3) has a set of Full bunk beds. Just next door, everyone can freshen up in a shared bathroom with a stand-up shower and granite vanity. At the end of the upstairs hallway, a bright third bedroom (BR2) has a queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV, nightstands and closet. The stackable washer and dryer are tucked neatly away in the upstairs hall closet. Approximately four blocks from the beach. Walk to the beach was a little further than expected but an easy golf cart ride. The pool was chilly in December and we wished there was a hot tub! The house was comfy with lots of fun games. Property management was quick. King size bed most comfortable. Queen bed was very creaky and that room had TONS of natural light. Bunk room for kids had no window so it was good for naps. The biggest complaint we have is that our condo and our other condo that our families rented had very dirty sheets. Master bedroom had stains and long black hair on the sheets. The bunk room had hair ties and a lot of dirt. Our other condo had a used bandaid in the sheets! Clearly they didn’t change the sheets but her charge you a cleaning fee. When I brought it to the managements attention, they didn’t even apologize. Just asked what size sheets we needed to change them. Also the blender almost caught fire. And then lastly we also saw a baby roach on the kitchen counter. Overall we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay but the dirty sheets were a dealbreaker for us. We won’t be back to this property as they clearly short cut cleaning and leave used dirty sheets for next guest. ##### Shannon A. If you drive, make sure to purchase a beach pass. You can get them pretty much anywhere . The home is located near several restaurants. Everything is less than 5 minutes away. There were several dirty/moldy dishes that had been put back in the cabinets. We were missing several pots, pans, and a can opener but they delivered within a couple of hours. The furniture in the living room was different. The bunk room is more like a closet and was impossible to fit more than 2 kiddos in there. The walls are paper thin and all business could be heard through out the house...no privacy. The bathroom leaks into the living room right onto the smaller couch...managament knows and says its disclosed. This certainly did not ruin our visit as we love Port A...but will choose a different location for our next visit. ##### Pati M.
