This 3BR/3.5BA home overlooks the nature preserve, which is a birding sanctuary, at Paradise Pointe, Port Aransas. It offers amazing sunset views over the wetlands and preserve with many island and migratory birds. A game room, parking for 4, multiple decks, spacious living/kitchen/dining space plus the best views in Port A, will make this one a guest fave. No Smoking. No Pets. COPASTR: 378-683 Guests who choose Paradise Pointe, where Sunset Hideaway is located, are looking for a true beach getaway with relaxation in mind. With stunning sunset views from the ground floor to the 3rd top balcony, you'll enjoy the peace and quiet you so well deserve. Pulling into Sunset Hideaway, you'll have parking for 4 vehicles (depending on size). Enter through the gate to outdoor picnic area, and seating to overlook the water in the nature preserve. A downstairs game room/2nd living space invites you in to relax, watch TV, play some games and store extra drinks and beach snacks in this downstairs refrigerator. Heading upstairs, you'll enter the main house which is covered in beautiful wood flooring, professionally furnished and finished with elegance and comfort in mind. The spacious living area boasts ample seating, and large TV. The well stocked kitchen is not only perfect for those who love to cook, it's a piece of artwork itself with beautiful appliances, large island and is open to the dining area. Super functional and comfortable, everything has been chosen for guests who enjoy staying in a beautiful and comfortable space. On this main floor, you'll have a large back balcony overlooking the nature preserve to feel the sea breeze, take award winning photos of the sunset, and be sure to bring your binoculars to watch wildlife and many island and migratory birds. Also on this main floor, you'll enjoy a guest half bath, a large laundry room, and 2 of 3 bedrooms and 2 more bathrooms. The second bedroom is a bunk room with 3 twin bunks and a queen bed; this bedroom also has a private bathroom and an entrance to the same front balcony, perfect for sunrise view for those early risers in your group.
