Relax on the four porches and balconies, enjoying lake views, and invite family and friends to enjoy this spacious home with you. With three king suites and two bunk rooms, each with their own full bathroom, this house comfortably accommodates 16+ guests with great privacy and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun. MAIN LIVING SPACE: The primary gathering space is located on the second floor and offers a family room in crisp navy and white, backed by dining area and kitchen. Relax on sofas and chairs set before a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, then step onto the balcony for extending living space. The space is stylish and beachy with shiplap dressing the walls and the ceiling is highlighted by a stunning clay-bead chandelier over the dining table that can seat twelve. The kitchen consists of a spacious island, with plenty of prep space and storage space, stainless appliances including a gas-top stove and two dishwashers to service cleanup for larger groups. Jun 8, 2024 #### appliance problems marred visit Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful home, but problems we had with appliances, large and small, marred our visit. On the evening of our arrival, we prepared hamburgers to grill for 13 people and the grill had no propane. It was replaced but took 45 minutes from call to replacement when we pointed out the ice maker was not working. The next morning, the coffeemaker needed scaling and was eventually replaced later in the morning after we got in the car and drove to North for coffee. That evening, it took 50 minutes to boil water in a pot for pasta. The bottom of the pot was charred because the gas burners needed calibrating. and lastly, on Wednesday morning our frozen food was had thawed in the freezer of the refrigerator and had to be discarded. our visit was marred by having to call maintenance each day of our visit. The crew was as responsive but could not fix the freezer or burners during our stay. We did receive a $100 gift card to the pool restaurant but nothing could have compensated for lost vacation time and major inconvenience. We probably won't do a repeat visit to this home without a guarantee that all appliances had received a recent inspection. ##### Diane T.
