Wrong door. Should have said front door. Code did not work there either. We were able to enter house with key in lock box located at side door. We tried to store our groceries in fridge which was ringing with alarm when we entered. Freezerr was not working and never worked in our 3 days there. The 3 of us are in our 70’s and could not use the back yard because of the 45 degree drop in elevation down to the canal. We had to hold on to the chain link fence since there was no rail or stairs down to water. The small throw rugs in baths had no backing and slipped when using. We loved that we could fish from the dock in the evenings. Property manager responded immediately to fix any issues we had. They provided us with several toiletries to make the stay easier. There are a lot of dishes, pots, pans, even baby items in the kitchen. It is in a residential neighborhood which means it really quiet. Everything was fairly close.
