She woke up with bites on her arm & torso/neck area. We inspected the mattress and found a bed bug. We killed it and held onto it in a baggy so that mngmt could see. My mother in law is elderly, and she was afraid to sleep there again (understandably).We rearranged our upstairs sleeping arrangements, and she stayed upstairs for the remainder of the nights.The fold out mattress is in pretty bad shape, and there was a pretty large brown stain and possible small pieces of excrement stuck to is….very gross!We reported the bed bug immediately, and mngmt initially responded that they wanted to come by to further investigate. This was in the morning around 8:30\. We kept ourselves available so that they could come see for themselves. Disappointingly, no one showed up until the early evening. And it was not to “investigate”, just to deliver fresh linens.Mngmt let us know that they would be refunding around 180 dollars, but the fact that no one even came to see the bug or my mother in law’s welts was frustrating.The condo does need a little upkeep. But the fold out couch needs to be replaced.I would not recommend this condo. But I would recommend the property. ##### Herlinda L.
