Located on highly-desired 11th Street, this escape has been beautifully updated and offers unbeatable access to the beach. A 2nd-floor condo, Stay Palm features a spacious balcony with a view of the tennis court and green space, as well as access to the community pool. Getting to the beach is a breeze from Stay Palm, but you can also easily access dining, shopping, and entertainment. No wonder 11th Street is the place to stay! Stay Palm is in the Sea Sands condo community, which offers a community pool, courts, and a shared boardwalk to the beach. The community allows both golf cart and boat parking. Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.
