This unit has been recently completely renovated inside and out including new stucco exterior, new roof, new window unit air conditioning, a screened patio, fresh paint, and new furnishings. Situated on Alister Street in the heart of Port Aransas, this property is just a short distance away from the grocery store, restaurants, bars and other shopping. These cottages have been a fixture in Port Aransas for years and offer a truly unique location. This home features tile flooring throughout, vaulted ceilings as well as a modern kitchen. There is a breakfast bar and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and all the other essentials. This home can sleep 4, with a king bed in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. Please note: This community does not allow boats or trailers of any kind. A maximum of two standard size vehicles are allowed. Golf carts count as one of the two vehicles. Stay was great, neighbor hood quite and close to everything. This would have been a 5 star all the way however the screen in patio was dingy, pet hair from way past guest along the screened in wall areas at the floor and the two floor mats on that patio, I had to turn them upside side as not to get it on our pet or our shoes.
