Stay at Southern Palms, a gracious, Southern, coastal home, where sunny skies and a pristine beach beckon. With great interiors, fully stocked chef’s kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms, the home sleeps 12.  
  
As the sun goes down, kick back and sip a cool beverage on a front porch flanked by mature palms and Southern-style, porch columns. Listen to the waves roll in as the stress seeps out.  
  
You’ll be near Lake Colby and only a half block from the heated pool and a short walk to two other community pools, Market, Coffee Shop, and restaurants. And, of course, the beach is just a quick stroll or golf cart ride away over convenient dune crossovers.  
  
MAIN LIVING SPACE: This charming home feature two living areas one up, one down. The primary gathering space on the first floor combines the well-appointed chef’s kitchen with eat-in dining area that overlooks the living room. The dining table offers a mix of upholstered chairs and bench seating. Relax on the spacious, sectional sofa or sink into plush chairs as your crew enjoys movies or a big game on the flat-screen TV. At the top of the stairs, another den offers a spacious sectional and flat-screen TV. Multiple porches and balconies invite you to bask in the Gulf air and beach breezes.  
  
SLEEPING QUARTER: Guests can choose from two primary suites, one downstairs with a king-size bed and one upstairs with a queen bed. Another upstairs queen bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with the bunkroom, which has two twin-over-twin bunks. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen TV.  
  
GREAT FEATURES: Grill the day's catch on the gas grill under the shady pergola, just beyond the back door. A rear entry mud room offers a place to stash beach gear and a laundry area. Your stay includes all community amenities: a beautiful beach manicured daily, movies on the lawn, s'mores night, and more. The Cinnamon Shore Rentals Office can point you toward a variety of optional activities and experiences, including local excursions with fishing trip vendors, shopping areas, and golf cart rentals.

AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.  
  
AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions, pickleball courts, basketball courts, and a playscape. Sandy Paws Dog Park offers a destination for dog walkers. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed.
