Easy to get to, boat parking, great channel views and close to town for anything you want or need. Great communication and very timely responses when I asked questions. We had an issue with air conditioning last night of our stay and a maintenance person was Johnny on the spot there to assist. The property is near the beach and looks just like the photos. The living area is large and the bathrooms nice. There is no cold water. This may sound strange, but none of the fixtures in the bathrooms or the sink have cold water. So, after a warm day at the beach, the shower temps and sink temps and even the sink in the kitchen has only warm or hot water. That bummed me out. Lastly, the towels are rough.
