It is nestled in the quiet heart of the Port Aransas and Mustang Island stretch of coast, which features 18 miles of spacious sandy beaches. Your convenient location also places you only a short drive away from town. The sparkling shared pool also has plenty of loungers to soak up the sun. And with golfing, surfing, and Schlitterbahn nearby, there are endless ways to explore this coastal paradise. After a fun day out and about, come back to your recently remodeled (in June 2023) vacation home, full of new furniture. The open flow of the family room makes entertaining easy. Natural light brightens the sitting area, highlighted by a handsome wood-burning fireplace, vaulted ceilings, and an 86” TV with cable. A second living area also provides a comfy place to kick back, furnished with a plush sofa and love seat as well as a 75” TV with cable. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). We had 4 generations spend a weekend together to celebrate my granddaughters 6th birthday. The pool is right infront of the back decks and the walkway to the beach is directly behind the pool. Didn't have to drive to the beach, which was nice. I recommend this house to anyone who wants to get away with family or friends. Only downfall is no one who is handicapped could stay at this house because all the bathrooms are accessed on the second and third floor. ##### Debi M. The proximity to the beach is outstanding, and the pool is halfway between the house and the beach. Both can be seen from the 2nd and 3rd floors. It was helpful having 3 bathrooms with showers. The community is gated. It’s halfway up the island from Corpus and Port A, roughly, and it did feel more remote and peaceful. As much as we have liked Rockport and downtown Port A, being out here was pleasant considering that our kids are mostly 5 and up. The beach was great! ##### Luca E.
