NO PARTIES OR EVENTS UNLESS DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING: As this home is situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 6 AM to maintain good relations with our neighbors. 3\. PET POLICIES: We welcome dogs (up to 50 lbs) in this home, but unfortunately, cats are not permitted. A $150 per pet fee will be charged. One pet must be charged at the time of booking. If two pets will be occupying the home, please message us and we will request an additional $150 after the booking is confirmed. Please ensure that pets are crated whenever left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and waste must be promptly cleaned up from the yard. 4\. SECURITY: For your safety, our homes are equipped with motion-activated EXTERIOR video cameras. Sep 16, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in Disliked: Communication, location, listing accuracy There was raw sewage above ground in the side yard of the purple house that we discovered Sunday morning before our departure. See attached. This is not only unacceptable but a health hazard. We had young children with us and picked this property because of the yard for them and our dog. Now we have the worry one of them may have picked up some bacteria from being in this yard. We just thought the overgrown grass was an issue until we realized what it was hiding.Although the fence is new and looks good, only the gates around the blue house actually latch properly. The driveway gates to the purple house do not latch at all and the entrance gate to the purple house is a major struggle to latch because it's not level, same with the gate connecting the yard. Not safe for parties with children and dogs.
