The remodeled open kitchen has granite counter tops and a breakfast bar which allows you to view the Gulf as you prepare your catch from Port Aransas fishing adventures. The bedroom has views of the gorgeous resort size pool. There are flat screen TVs in the bedroom and the living room. The bedroom can be rented with 1 king bed or 2 full size beds. \*\*\* A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking. My husband and I stayed for two nights /without/ our (young) children, but it would have been great with the kids, too. The interior was modern, nicely decorated, and spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics (pots, pans, utensiles, etc). The best part was that we could go directly from the patio slider out to the beach. You just walk down a few stairs into a private lower patio, then out the gate and it's maybe 20 feet to get to the boardwalk. This section of beach, particularly toward the left, was a lot less busy than other sections we walked by. We wished to stay away from other people (COVID), and it was easy to find some peace and solitude even right out on the water. Maybe even better than the beach access: the pictures are accurate, and you can see the beach and crashing waves right from the patio, just over a small set of dunes. Relaxing, clean, and luxurious.
