Positives: the beach access/location, the boardwalk to the beach is great. Overall cleanliness was good. Fully stocked kitchen was helpful and used. Master suit is very spacious, other guest rooms were nice. Negatives: furniture in main family area is very dated and worn, should be replaced, perhaps they are getting ready to paint the unit, walls were bare with picture hangers everywhere, master shower drain was plugged, fire alarm went off randomly, thankfully upstairs neighbors knew how to turn them off. ##### Aaron C.
