The open floor plan is anchored by a huge island with gorgeous quartz countertops and seating for seven. The built-in, wrap around dining bench sets the scene for memorable family dinners. Enjoy the custom artwork throughout the main living space as you relax on comfy couches and chairs, perfect for movie or game night. The pull-out sofa has a gel foam mattress to accommodate extra guests. There’s even a bar cart with everything you need for a cocktail party! The downstairs full bath features beautiful ocean themed glass tile work with matching cabinets. The generous laundry room features a built-in drop zone plus an extra-large capacity washer and dryer. Make your way up the elegant staircase to find your own private oasis... SLEEPING QUARTERS: Soothing Brazilian hardwood floors and tranquil tones set the stage for a quiet retreat when you’re ready to get away from it all. The primary suite has a built-in desk, walk-in closet and private balcony that overlooks Corpus Christi Bay and the downtown skyline. Enjoy the sunset view from your private balcony, oversized rain shower or freestanding soaker tub then sink into a plush king bed. The second bedroom has a huge balcony plus built-in shelving and drawers with a luxurious king bed. The gorgeous, dedicated bathroom has a double vanity and stunning Spanish tile work. The retro, surf-themed bunk room is a kid’s dream. Each of the four bunks has its own privacy curtain and light/outlet/shelf niche. There are lots of toys, games and books to keep little ones happy. OUTDOOR LIVING: With four oversized porches and balconies, Cinnamon Pearls has so many places to enjoy the Gulf breezes. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we cooked several meals during our trip, which made it feel like home.We really appreciated the quieter location—away from the main pool and beach area, which tended to be more crowded. Being near the entrance also made it super convenient to get in and out of the property quickly. The neighborhood was very safe and lively at night - teenagers driving around in golf carts, families walking around. One tip for future guests: be sure to bring your own beach or pool towels, as they weren’t provided at the house. ##### Melisa L.
