Parking for 3-4, huge floor plan, 4 Bedrooms/4.5 Bathrooms (3 King Suites with private bathrooms plus a bunk room, also with bathroom), Spacious and well stocked kitchen with 2 dining spaces, and a beautiful, open living area. Outdoor space is perfect for grilling, dining and playing games, or walk a few steps and jump into the pool. No Smoking. Pets cons w/fee. You will enjoy this very spacious and beautifully decorated beach house from the moment you drive up with its bright green coastal color, the outdoor party lights and inviting outdoor space! And, it doesn't stop there! You'll be just a few steps from the community pool! Although you'll want to go in right away, you'll walk through the outdoor living/dining space underneath the house (shaded for the summer) with games, seating, grill and some grassy area for your furry family members (yes pets are considered; inquire) and you may just want to hang out here all day! You'll enjoy a deck upstairs to get a peak at the sunrise in the mornings. Inside Reel Life Dreams, you'll walk into a large common area...oversized living space with TV, 2 dining spaces with an island bar and large dining table and chairs. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to prep, cook, serve and dine! Although super functional, it is just as beautiful as it is functional and convenient, with gorgeous finishes and decor! On this main floor, you'll have a half bath, 2 Bedrooms (both with King Beds) and 2 full bathrooms. Head upstairs to a washer & dryer closet, and 2 more bedrooms (King Bed and Bunk Room) and 2 more bathrooms. A total of 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. Great space and privacy for your entire group! It's not overcrowded or tight; there is a lot of open space! Reel Life Dreams is just a few blocks to the beach, and in the golf cart zone. Parking for 3-4 vehicles in front of the house, boat parking is allowed at the end of the street in the grassy area (first come basis), golf cart parking is allowed as well. Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking. The bathrooms - 4-1/2 bathrooms in this house! Every bedroom had its own bathroom and there was no waiting. We'd like to return next summer for another family vacation in this same house. This property hands down is the cleanest and best short term rental property my family has ever stayed in. The home was well appointed, and welcome gifts were provided. It truly felt like a home that my family could live in everyday! We rarely ate out the entire time of our stay and enjoyed utilizing the wonderful kitchen for nearly all of our meals. The games provided were in excellent condition and there were even some board games that had not been opened yet. My family enjoys a regular family game night so this was very much up our alley. The beds were comfortable and my family slept well every night. The home was just a beautiful short walk from the beach. We received very regular communication from the property managers each day to check in on the quality of our stay and provide helpful tips. They were also very responsive! We have already bragged to our friends about this property and intend to return in the near future. My family has agreed that this was one of our top vacations, and we have visited other countries!
