The house was beautiful and very clean. One of my cons would be that the beds sit up quiet high. I'm short, 5'2 so I had to literally jump into the bed. Also the bathroom counters were high. The kids couldn't reach the sink to wash hands and brush teeth. I would recommend the owners have a step stool for future families with little ones. The pool was a plus. It was so great to be able to just walk down stairs and jump in the pool when you didn't want to drive to the beach. There is no outdoor shower, instead there is hot/cold faucet to hook up a hose. We ended up using that to wash off our feet and legs as to not track sand inside. I loved that it had a washer/dryer. Coffee was great as well as the cute welcome gift left by New Wave mgmt. The management was nice and quick to respond as well. Another con was the credit card fee was so high. Overall this home was great, beautiful and spacious. My family loved it.
