Enjoy Rockport’s beautiful blue wave beach, restaurants/cafes, shopping, festival grounds, fishing, museums, art galleries and much, much, more! There is something for everyone with shopping, art galleries, museums, kayak rentals, duck hunting, bird watching, beaches, restaurants & festivals year around, too mention a few. Aransas Pass is also just a few minutes from the property. Enjoy easy access to the bays, intercoastal waterway and the Gulf of Mexico by visiting The Conn Brown’s Harbor Point Park. It is located on the canal in Bahia Bay and perfect if you are going out fishing. There is a cleaning station on the canal with lights to clean fish. We come back each year. Only one hiccup...we used to use the gas grill but now it doesn't work anymore so we had to buy charcoal and lighter fluid to cook our hotdogs and hamburgers. Also the hot tub has been under maintenance for years so we already knew about that issue. We were happy to see the lights in the pool working again. The house cools well and the parking is great! FYI if you show up even one minute early the code won't work to get inside so it must be synchronized with the clock but not a big deal just a heads up. It was a great home with plenty of space. We wish that the hot tub had been working as we were looking forward to it. The driveway was also a little bit of a surprise and there wasn't really an area to turn around with a long truck and trailer without driving to the end of the street. Lots of room to spread out and the back patio is perfect for late afternoon and evening relaxation. The pool and back patio make this place very special. You must pay attention walking around pool area, because you step right off of the patio and if not paying attention can end up in the pool. Back patio and pool were both dirty upon arrival. Pool guy showed up Friday and got water cleared up but did nothing with debris in the pool. Hot tub does not work but we knew that going in. We had no issues with anything in the house, everything worked great. Fishing is not great at all off of the pier. Fishing was very slow in the bay as well though. However it was nice to have your own clean fish cleaning table to clean the daily catches. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked again next year. ##### Brandon G. Enjoyed 5 days with family and friends for GettFest. Our family had total of 3 houses rented in area and this was by far nicest of all.
