Floors dirty, especially near baseboards and in grout lines. Bathroom counter dirty, including grout lines. Dirty broom. Constant drip in bathtub faucet. No extra pillow cases. Front door did not feel secure. Many repairs to the unit were sloppy. Overall impression is needs a competent facelift. Noise from adjacent road so loud you couldn't enjoy patio. ##### Donald B.
