Mar 15, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Our stay We stayed here for Spring Break. The area is in a very close location to the beach. The private heated pool, with a very convenient bathroom, mini fridge, sink, bbq pit and games, made it for a nice place to hang out downstairs. There is also room for two cars and a golf cart. The decor is nice and new. The tv is Roku so you can watch movies and play video games in all of the rooms. The bed and pillows were the most comfortable! Washer and dryers worked great as they are new. Cons - there really isn’t a place to store your clothes so you’ll have to keep them in your suitcase. No storage in the rooms or pantry in the kitchen. Jun 17, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, location, listing accuracy Disliked: Check-in, communication #### Problem with entry code We had a great time but the code we were given for the entry keypad didn’t work and it took 45 minutes to get a person to help us. She finally changed the code to a temporary code and we were able to get in. We were told that a maintenance person would come to fix it but we never saw a maintenance person and never received info about a new code. We made sure someone stayed inside so we could get in when the 24 hours was up. The property was very nice but there was trash left behind- Little Debbie’s snack boxes in the kitchen drawers, Cheetos under the table and 2 half lemons in the garbage disposal that were rotting, too big to be ground up. ##### Sandra C.
