There is an ocean view from your balcony & golf cart accessible boardwalk to the beach & much more. Step into the relaxing, refreshing, and renewing latitude adjustment you have been needing in the comfort of Heavenly Days, unique beach home with all of the warm welcoming of your vacation home away from home. The expansive, open living area has plenty of seating with a couch, which doubles a queen sofa sleeper, and 4 matching armchairs with plush pillows for entertaining or watching the wall-mounted TV with cable and Wi-Fi. The dining table has seating for 8 and additional seating at the bar for 4\. The spacious modern kitchen will meet all of your culinary needs with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, both a Keurig and regular coffee maker, a large pantry, basic pots, pans and utensils for cooking. Just down the hall is a guest room (BR1) with two Twin beds, nightstands and a closet. The hall bath has a vanity and tub/shower combination which is shared with the bedroom and guests. The downstairs master bedroom (BR2) has a King bed, bench at the foot of the bed, nightstands, closet, chest and accent chair. The large master ensuite bathroom has double vanities and a large walk-in shower with a built-in bench. Across the hall is a laundry room with a full-size washer, dryer and folding counter. Guests have use of the small garage where the charcoal grill and beach chairs/toys are kept. At the top of the stairs, on the second level is a game room, that can double as a bedroom with 2 couches, one which folds out to a queen sofa sleeper, 2 fold-out sleeper chairs and wall-mounted TV. There is also a desk for those who need to check on work from home or kids with distance learning assignments to complete. Guest room 3 (BR3) has two Queen beds and a luggage rack. Guest room 4 (BR4) has 2 sets of custom-built Twin over Full bunk beds and closet. The second level has one shared bathroom with double vanities and a separate shower/tub. The third level loft area serves as Guest room 5 (BR5) with a queen bed, a bathroom with double vanity, separated from the tile tub/shower. This floor also offers a deck with breathtaking views. The third floor consists of a small bedroom with a Full bed, nightstand and ensuite bathroom with a vanity and tile pebble shower with a glass door. This bedroom has its own private balcony to escape to. Plenty of parking in a large driveway and small garage for 4 vehicles and watercraft. There is so much living space, and the furniture and layout were comfortable, inviting, and very accommodating of our group. The bonus of an included golf cart made this a real win. We love this house and would gladly stay here again. We had some A/C, washing machine, and ceiling fan issues which presented some inconveniences, but overall, we were very happy with this rental. All beds were clean and comfortable; everything in the kitchen was great. We loved gabbing on the front porch.The short walk to the beach was delightful. The rental agency was slower than expected in providing me check-in information. They did not know the correct WiFi network or the location of the router. These issues were resolved by ourselves and then the WiFi worked great. The “free” golf cart is a bit of a chore since you have to drive out of your way to visit the office to get the keys to the cart, and if you can’t get keys until morning, whoops, 12 hours of your 24 “free” rental is gone, too bad. It seemed like it would be easy enough to just leave the keys in the house and have people sign releases online? Otherwise the house was lovely and well equipped and I would definitely recommend it for 8-10 people! ##### Jen S. By the end of the trip, I think we were grateful the other house fell though. This house has a lot of space and was very close to the beach. The golf cart rental ended up being very convenient. Seriously, the best layout! Loved the location as it was just outside the main part of Port Aransas, allowing for more quiet and less people. We loved the multiple decks and sitting in the rocking chairs on the porch listening to the wind in the palm trees. Kitchen was well stocked too. It was very close to the beach, walking or golf cart, which made it easy to come back to the house if we needed something! We all were able to enjoy our coffee out on the porch with several rocking chairs. We rented their golf cart and had a blast! Can’t wait to come back. ##### Lindsey M. Close to pools and the boardwalk to the beach. Property is a little tired because I think it’s mainly used for rentals and they turn them quickly. Most everything worked and when it didn’t, Management was very responsive (even on a Friday night at 8pm- came to fix TVs and fans!). Great spot, easy to rent and deal with- will look to stay again! ##### Ben R.
