This beach condo is right next door to the elevator! This sought-after top-floor southside condo can be yours for weekends, weeks, months, or the entire four months of winter. Take your pick! This condo was added to the HOA rental program on January 1st, 2024\. Book your reservation today! Condo 323 has premier water views: the Gulf of Mexico, Corpus Christi Bay & resort pools. That is RARE at La Mirage Resort & Condominiums, to have all three unobstructed water views. Every window/door has a spectacular water view. Just lovely! There is a reserved and covered parking spot right next to the elevator, making shopping & unloading from trips easy.
